Women in Science London

On Wednesday 10 June 2026, the RAF Museum London will be hosting a FREE Inspiring Careers Conference for female Year 10 students. The day will shine a spotlight on women working in the field of science, and we are delighted to welcome RAF Pilot Helen Seyour and Navigator Rosie Steevenson as our opening keynote speakers. There will be a Q&A session with these fantastic women, where students can ask about the path that took them to where they are now. There will be stands from a range of science-focussed companies for students to explore, facilitated sessions, and a teamwork challenge to build confidence and skills.

The event aims to:

  • Inspire and empower your female students
  • Introduce students to a wide range of career opportunities
  • Connect students with companies in the STEM sector
  • Support schools to meet the Gatsby benchmarks

We will have representatives from a range of companies in the STEM industry including aviation, automotive, power, medicine, zoology, technology and software.

Spaces at the Women in Science: Get Inspired! event are limited; we can accommodate 180 students in total. Each school will be able to book a maximum of 30 places. Recommended for your most aspirational girls.
